DESCRIZIONE DEL MASTER<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il Master universitario di I livello in \u201cAMMINISTRAZIONE DEL PERSONALE E GESTIONE DELLE RISORSE UMANE\u201d fornisce agli allievi tutte le conoscenze e le competenze sugli aspetti pi\u00f9 importanti della disciplina giuslavoristica all&#8217;interno di un quadro legislativo in continuo mutamento. Tali skills hanno una concreta ed immediata spendibilit\u00e0 sia all&#8217;interno di aziende strutturate sia in l&#8217;ambito consulenziale. Il Master propone una formazione completa e pratica su temi quali contrattualistica, normativa e adempimenti del rapporto di lavoro, relazioni sindacali, budget del personale e costo del lavoro, organizzazione e strategia aziendale con particolare attenzione all&#8217;elaborazione della busta paga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">2.
